Returns Policy

We understand there may be times where you need to return a product. Our Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.

You have 14 days from receipt of purchase in which to inform us you would like to return a product, and a further 14 days to return the product to us. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Return a Product:

  • Please contact our customer service team on support@drsomjiskincare.com to inform us of your return.
  • Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Our returns address is: Dr Somji Skincare, Parkside House, Harlow CM20 2DW, UK
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process a refund which can take up to 7 working days from receipt of the return.

Please note, we can only receive returned products purchased from drsomjiskincare.com. If your products were purchased from an authorised retailer, the return should be sent directly to the retailer.

If you received a promotional item or discount as part of a bundle and wish to return the entire bundle, the value of the promotional item or discount may be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately on support@drsomjiskincare.com. We will arrange for the return of the item at our expense and provide you with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us on support@drsomjiskincare.com within 2 hours of order placement.
