Active Ingredients

Azelaic Acid Derivative
An effective oil controlling ingredient with skin brightening and clarifying properties, it
also helps to lighten the appearance of acne spots.


Salicylic Acid
Salicylic Acid is a beta hydroxy acid. It is well known for reducing acne by exfoliating
the skin and keeping pores clear. It reduces inflammation and controls sebum
Lactic Acid
Lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), works by breaking down the bonds
between dead skin cells, allowing them to be shed more easily. This process helps to
remove the outer layer of dull, damaged skin, revealing the newer, smoother skin
underneath. 


Bakuchiol
The well-known, natural alternative to Retinol for acne-prone skin, Bakuchiol
addresses sebum production & its integrity. Derived from the Babchi seeds
Bakuchiol is effective in reducing the overpopulation of bacteria and inflammation.

Niacinamide
With its renowned anti-aging properties for the skin, Niacinamide helps boost the
production of collagen synthesis, improves the epidermal barrier function, and
reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation and total sebaceous lipids resulting in

Lilac extract
Derived from the lilac plant, this key active ingredient mattifies the complexion and

Chlorella extract
A prebiotic derived from marine algae, Chlorella Extract helps preserve the balance

Lemon Myrtle extract

How to use

Step 1: After cleansing, apply 2-3 drops onto a clean fingertip and gently dab onto spots and blemished areas once or twice daily.

Step 2: For occasional breakouts, apply as needed. After cleansing, gently dab a small amount onto the blemish using a clean finger.

Step 3: For best results, apply Dr Somji Signature Serum directly over the Concentrate. Use the serum evenly over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area, before applying moisturiser.
