If you're not completely satisfied with your results within 90 days of receiving your order, contact us and we will issue a full refund of the product price, no lengthy explanations required.

1. Who is eligible?

This guarantee applies to:

• All products purchased directly through drsomjiskincare.com

• Orders placed within the United Kingdom and internationally (subject to the conditions below)

• Both opened and used products — we want you to have had the opportunity to give your skin time to respond

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Products purchased through third-party retailers, stockists, clinics, or wholesale partners (please refer to the retailer's own returns policy)

• Products purchased as part of a professional trade or clinic account

• Gift cards or e-vouchers

• Orders where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, tampering, or bulk/resale purchasing

2. How to make a claim

To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us within 90 days of the date your order was delivered:

Please include the following:

• Your full name and order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

• A brief note on why you're returning (this helps us improve — it is not a condition of your refund)

Our customer care team will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

3. Returning your products

• You are not required to return a full or unused product to receive a refund under this guarantee

• Where product remains, we may ask you to return it to us; in these cases, we will provide a prepaid returns label for UK customers

• International customers are responsible for the cost of return postage; we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit

• Please pack returns securely to avoid damage in transit

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of your claim being approved

• Your original product price will be refunded in full; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part

• Duties, taxes, or import charges on international orders are non-refundable

• If your order was purchased using a discount code or as part of a promotion, the refund will reflect the amount you actually paid

5. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, this is separate from and in addition to our 90-day guarantee. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

6. Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are based in the UK or EU, you retain the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and return products (whether opened or not) for a full refund. 7. Fair use

We trust our customers and designed this guarantee in good faith. Dr Somji Skincare reserves the right to decline a refund where there is clear evidence of guarantee misuse, including but not limited to repeated claims across multiple orders, bulk purchasing, or commercial resale. We also reserve the right to withdraw or amend this guarantee at any time; any changes will not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
