All orders are sent via Royal Mail with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We deliver to PO Box addresses as standard. For BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, we use Royal Mail's HM Forces Mail service.
International delivery
We ship to selected destinations worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked. All international orders include full end-to-end tracking and require a signature on delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates: Europe typically 3–7 working days; USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and UAE typically 5–10 working days. These estimates exclude time spent in customs.
Duties and Taxes
European Union (Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland): From 1 July 2026, all parcels entering the EU are subject to a customs duty of €3 for orders valued under €150. This is charged in addition to any local import VAT. These charges are set by EU customs, are outside our control, and are payable by you. We recommend factoring this in when placing your order.
Norway and Switzerland: These countries are outside the EU and apply their own import VAT rules. Local taxes and customs handling fees may be charged on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
United States: The price you pay at checkout is the final price. Import duties are included, and there are no additional charges on delivery.
Canada, New Zealand, the UAE and Australia: Your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs handling fees charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
