If your skin tends to feel oily, congested or prone to breakouts, the cleanser you use matters more than most people realise. Cleanse incorrectly and you either leave behind the build-up that causes breakouts, or strip the skin so hard it compensates by producing even more oil.

This cleanser is formulated to do both jobs well: clear what shouldn't be there, and leave skin genuinely balanced. The result is skin that's genuinely clean, clearer over time, and stable enough to absorb everything that follows in your routine.

Active Ingredients

Binchotan Activated Charcoal

A traditional Japanese ingredient crafted from Ubame Oak. Draws out impurities, decongests pores and absorbs excess oil without disrupting the skin.

Kaolin Clay

Absorbs excess oil and unclogs pores. Leaves skin clean, smooth and refreshed without causing dryness.

Moringa Seed Extract

From the seeds of Moringa oleifera ('Miracle Tree'). Protects skin from environmental pollutants while preventing the adherence of dirt and microparticles.

Prickly Pear Extract

Sourced from organic cactus, rich in water-binding compounds. Hydrates, soothes and calms irritated skin during cleansing.

Sweet Almond Oil

Rich in Vitamin E. Dissolves makeup and impurities without stripping the skin's natural moisture barrier. Non-comedogenic and anti-inflammatory.

Babassu Oil Seed Extract

A water-soluble emollient and antioxidant with a light, non-greasy feel. Purifying and balancing, beneficial for sensitive skin.

How to use

Step 1: Using clean fingertips, apply directly to your face, neck and décolleté, adding a small amount of water if needed. Massage gently into your skin before rinsing thoroughly with water, either with hands or a clean face cloth.

Step 2: Pat skin dry before applying concentrates, serums and moisturiser.

Step 3: Can also be used as a mask once or twice a week. Apply a thin layer onto dry skin avoiding your eyes, and leave to dry for five minutes. Using a small amount of water, massage into a creamy texture before removing with fingertips or a clean face cloth.
